Happy to report court went well w/ ruling in my favor. Tenants did show up & the judge asked if they were in agreement that rent wasn't paid. They agreed it wasn't. Judge took my 3 days notice & didn't say a word about it. I did agree to let them have weekend to move because I really didn't want to deal w/ hauling their stuff to the curb. If they're not out by Mon. at 9am I will follow through w/ writ of posession. Definately glad I went even though the toughest part was dealing w/ my social anxiety. Now I'll wait & see if they formally respond to money judgement filing....

Glad it worked out. The "did you pay rent" is really the bottom line in eviction court. Very little justifies withholding rent. Do you know the location of your tenants employer(s)? You will need that to attempt a garnishment. Congrats.
