Why would you give it to the tenant? These are some of the questions that you ask the current LL when vetting a prospect. What do you ask of the current LLs?

"Why would you give it to the tenant?" Like your comments will remain a secret. What do you ask of current LL's. Nothing, nobody believes them anyway. Giving good references is the primary way they get rid of bad tenants. You will learn to do the same yourself one day.
