A notice to enter should be posted on the door expecially if you believe the renter may not be present when you will be entering. Email the notice to your local helper and ask him to deliver it in person. If your tenant is not home, ask that it be posted on the door and follow up with a phone call. If your tenant can not be reached by phone you may enter anyway because your notice has been properly posted.
