I have a very large piece of land and it has a home that I rent on it. I hired a helper and he was doing something and woke the tenant up and they called me so I straightened it out but I did not know the tenant went down the garage and threatened my worker, with harm,I told him if it happends again he and the worker will be gone, he says that is a threat also, what can I do.

You can make a police report. From the police report of threatened bodily harm it would appear you could evict.

You can request that the worker file a report with the local police regarding your tenant's bodily threat.

You should also inform that the worker is your employee and any issue should be addressed with you directly and the employee should not be confronted or threatened in any manner. If there tenant has a grave issue with the worker that threatens the safety of the tenant then the police should be called, followed by a phone call to you.

You've heard of Road Rage?
This sounds like a case of Wake up Rage.

It does sound like Wake up Rage. Did you notify the tenant that someone would be working near the house and when the work would start?
