Re: eviction by Nicole (PA) on June 10, 2012 @23:42

on day 11 you file for possession. the constable schedules the actual eviction within 10 days. the constable doesn't put their stuff out - they put the person out and you change the locks. there is no law regarding how long to keep their stuff - a good lease addresses that. I believe in my county if the lease doesn't address it, an aggressive lawyer will tell you to wait 10 days to get rid of their junk - a conservative lawyer will tell you to wait 30.
