I gave the tenant notice. The company I hired is supposed to enter the property Monday morning. I am just trying to prepare myself for the possibilities. The tenant has not been very reasonable thus far.

Have the company call you if they are blocked entry. If they want the business, they will probably agree to return on Tuesday. The notice is 24 hours, and can still be used for later in the week. Call the tenants, and let them know the change in plans.
