New LL here. I am sure this has been covered many times... but I would like to be run credit reports on possible tenats. Does there need to be an office inspection for all services? I would just be running this out of my house. What service do you normally use? Thanks

All credit resellers are bound to show a "site verification" has beeb done for clients who view ful credit reports. Some of the credit resellers, such as The LPA's Quick Check Credit Reports are providing alternate tenant screening reports in which a credit report is converted into an abbreviated version while still complying with credit bureau regulations.
Private landlords who can not or will not submit for the security verification are finding an easy solution with Quick Check http://www.thelpa.com/lpa/QuickCheck.html and other alternative reports.
Another alternative, for landlords who can not or will not submit for the security verification is Smartmove. http://www.thelpa.com/lpa/credit-smartmove.html

Just use smartmove. The old fashioned way opens you up to more rules and liability.

Quick check gives LPA members a discount. I just started using their service and I like it.
