All credit resellers are bound to show a "site verification" has beeb done for clients who view ful credit reports.
Some of the credit resellers, such as The LPA's Quick Check Credit Reports are providing alternate tenant screening reports in which a credit report is converted into an abbreviated version while still complying with credit bureau regulations.

Private landlords who can not or will not submit for the security verification are finding an easy solution with Quick Check http://www.thelpa.com/lpa/QuickCheck.html and other alternative reports.
