Section 8 is a very bad idea. You are in fact going into business with the government and they are the partner who has more leverage.

Thanks Anna .. I am new again and just trying to learn as much as I can before I jump in the water without a paddle.. On there website it makes it look great but I know they have to make it look like that. I have been reading some bad stories and also some good stories about it..

Nobody here has a good story about Sec 8. You will not have a good story to tell either if you get mixed up with it.
