Been a LL for 25 years and only had one sec 8 T and she was GREAT. She kept the house neat and clean inside and out. When the kids grew up and moved out she lost her sec 8 and had to move too. I was sorry to see her go. My MIL had a sec 8 T who was a nightmare. Screen them just like you would a regular tenant.
