I only ever had one Sec. 8 tenant and I inherited her w/the property. Got my $$$ every month like clockwork. When she moved to another state, she actually left a few months early and several months down the road I received a check from Sec 8 for the balance of her lease.

I've had a few lookers for other properties but they always need to take somne type class or get recertified or something else.
