The lease contains an Automatic Renewal Clause. This clause pretty much indicates that the tenets have 30 days prior to the end of lease to indicate if they wish not to vacate. If they don't indicate anything, this would indicate they wish to stay and the lease would automatic renew.

    According to that, they can either tell you if they wish to stay or not tell you and they still can stay.

    That is why we need to see the actual wording, not "pretty much". "Pretty much" means nothing.
