We are new landlords, looking for someone in PA who might be able to help us out with some questions we have. We had tenants up and leave on us, back 2 months rent, skipping out on one month, haven't paid late fees or the bills, damaged my property and left it a mess. If you can help, can you e-mail me? You may want to spend some time reading this forum. Lots of good advice here, but really, you have to do your homework. Best of luck to you.
