One week ago I asked about eliminating extra tenants and wasn't able to read replies until today. All I mainly read is what can't be done. Does anyone know of ANY rights that the property owners have? It's very discouraging.

What CAN be done on extra (unauthorized) tenants: 1. Have an LPA Lease. It has a clause about unauthorized occupancy and provides for a lease violation penalty. Lease violation penalties are collectable as added rent in the lease which, as past due rent can become grounds for eviction.
