Thanks for link, but am not able to find anything on carpet. From everything I read there is a life expectance on carpet, and should be pro rated on original carpet installed. I have seen this listed on the net a bunch of time, but never in writing, and never in a virginia code. Now that his attorney had told me that there is no such thing as pro rating carpet I am alittle concerned.
