Eviction for brandishing a firearm? by Laurie S (Indiana) on June 15, 2012 @11:41

I know someone who is facing court proceedings for brandishing a firearm. He was charged with a class c felony. He has to go to court next month. His landlord just gave him a 3 day eviction notice. Is this legal?

What's in the lease. If he was my renter he would be evicted legally since there is a crime clause in there. I am pretty sure our judge would have no problem with it either.
