I am the landlord in an eviction process against my tenant for nonpayment of rent. He was served by tack and mail and responed to the court today. A court date has been set. Will I get to see what his response was before the court date or no?

You should be able to get a copy. You may be surprised by their response.....I guess I am naive. My tenant wrote that she did pay the rent and had receipts to prove it.
In my state that delays the process by a couple of weeks. It was a boldfaced lie and they never did show for court.

I am also in Georgia. When my tenant filed a response, I received not only a copy of the court date but (attached to this information) was their response to my filing for the dispossessory.
This was in Richmond county and I am unsure if the same occurs in all counties in Georgia. If you are handling the dispossessory yourself (no attorney) you can try contacting the Clerk of Court (where you initially filed) and they may be able to answer your question.
