You do NOT have the legal right to move yourself in there while Tenants are still there.

We ALL understand your point of view, and it seems logical, doesn't it, that you could move in to your own property--but that won't be legal because the holdover tenants have rights, no matter how crazy that seems. I hope you understand what people have been trying to tell you.

OK...this thread has deviated substantially from what I had intended. I'm glad you "ALL understand my point of view" and "hope [I] understand what people have been trying to tell [me];" However, I understand exactly what people are telling me, yet it is NOT WHAT I AM ASKING!

I don't know how to be more clear. I WANT REFERENCES TO STATUTES, DOCTRINE, CASE LAW, etc. THAT SUPPORT THE ARGUMENT!!!

If YOU truly understood what I am asking, YOU would know that the answer is NOT in "telling me." IT IS IN SHOWING ME! I have mentioned this several times throughout this thread and yet it still seems to not sink in.

So thanks for your input, but if you don't support your position with either a statute, legal doctrine, or case law, please do not continue to post.

I keep telling you to go down to the police station and tell the your wacky plan to illegally enter and occupy a private residence. They will be all too happy to explain every law you want to know about.
