You will probably only get about 2 to 3 months of rent judgement beyond what has already past from the courts because you are expected to mitigate your damages by finding a new tenant. Say you find a tenant a month after the eviction, you would be awarded a judgement for the rent not payed up to the eviction plus the time between the eviction and move in of a new tenant. You wouldn't be allowed to double dip as is getting rent payment from the past tenant and the current tenant for the same space for the same time period.
