That was exactly my point, Anna did a much better explanation! lol.

The credit score is great, however, you can also blame the 2 months of not finding tenants to the fact that maybe interested people were not looking so far ahead {although it's always good to find a new place in 2 months, not all of us do it, so, that could also be a factor}
