Every Sec 8 tenant (and their posse and their children and all) will be different.

You cannot base your future decisions with Sec 8 using your past good luck. That good luck is likely to run out.

I'm guessing you are relying on stable income from Sec 8 every month. This can quickly become a nightmare if they don't pay you--but they'll still get their same amount every month.

I guess most of us have learned the hard way, or by talking with other LLs, about the perils of renting to Sec 8. I would caution you against renting to Sec 8.
