Where are they saying they will install this box at?? My old tenants did this, without my permission, they installed it in the garage, the box is about 1ft square, and about 5-6" thick. At least the one they installed inside my garage. It doesn't really bother me, I don't care, it can be taken off. If it concerns you this much, would have them sign a paper saying they are responsible for removing the equipment and repairing any damages to the walls suffice? Maybe that will clear up the issue...

I wonder how easy it is to remove and Verizon says it costs $6,000...why would they allow me to remove it if that is the case? I agree with you, though. If I can get it removed easily and quickly, I'd say yes. I gotta find out. I am skeptical.
