Thank You. Very helpful. But I can't get over they will not remove it if I want to. To me that is unconscienable. I think if I want it gone...it should be no questions asked and out! But the industry is like that...there are few consumer protections and I am wary of signing into a company that has that kind of policy.

Also, all the yelp reviews for Verizon in my area...30 total were very negative. Long, detailed reviews. They are not angels. Big bewares, all kinds of strong words. Even "shady". I believe them.
