Looking for Ohio Landlords

I'm actually considering a move to the Dayton, Ohio area, specifically Wright-Patterson Airforce Base. I was just interested in getting an idea of what areas a good and/or bad. If I decide to look for more multi-unit properties, what neighborhoods are good and what neighborhoods should I avoid. Also, any indication of taxes and/or costs would be greatly appreciated.
