Jake ~ you are the one who advised a LL to illegally put a car out on the street and act like he didnt know how it got there. Are you seriously questioning someone elses integrity ! I found your posts to be morally void.

I am a business man. If a client came up to me and said, "I know I said you'd get $10,000 in this 2 year period, but my situation has changed. You'll actually get $12,000 in this 2 year period." What kind of business man would I be to press the issue and keep demanding more?
