Do you mean June 16th?

What kind of "mold" did you see?
I've had tenants panic about the mildue the saw in their uncared for shower which they never cleaned or wiped and started to accuse me of letting "mold" grow in their tub. I guess it would've been too much for them to clean their tub evry 6 months, huh?

So you saw mold in a "window seal, bath tub, leaking water in bathroom and kitchen sink"
Sorry, but that doesn't sound like "black mold" which isn't named only for it's color. The harmful kind of mold is not mildew, but most people panic when they see mildew or other molds.
