Hmmm.... you'd have to check with a legal eagle, but it occurs to me that the amount lost could be the value of the house, or maybe the difference in the asking price and the amount it finally sells for to another buyer. That could be worth it.

The consideration is whether you would ever be able to collect. The case would be difficult to prove also.
