2 families to rent 1 house... by Anonymous J (Illinois) on June 20, 2012 @17:55

Hi all, need advice. The 2 families would make a lot more wear and tear on a house. How to handle such a thing if they qualify per credit/background/criminal checks? Does one charge extra rent, is there greater risk? Have any of you had such an arrangement? Thanks for any feed back!

No one qualifies unless you want them to. If they all pass the criminal background check they are unlikely to all have credit scores over 700 and have satisfactory employment and satisfactory landlord references and rental experience. It also looks like you would be crowding the occupancy limit. Are there any pets too?
