Someone has stolen my pictures and is posting on craigslist. wa waa waaa. I will have to get that removed immediatly but I thought I would share first.

Interesting part is they are using my tenants name at a Yahoo address. How is the scam artist linking my tenants name to my property? At first I thought well they looked up the address and got his name. However, if you look up the address you would find my name. If you looked up the tenant you would find he lived at my address.

So, how does a random person know "my past tenant" lived or was living at my address?

Also interesting, a person who inquired about the add over a month ago emailed me through hotpads, not craigslist for info. Via my add that said my correct price. I mail the prescreen letter. She mailed me back her info. With the info, there is a note saying I am writing about the property for a different price than the add that linked her to my email. The price she notes is $300 less. Either way her inquiry came in on my correct add with the correct price. I write her back my house is listed for $300 more. She send me a link to the phoney add.

A tenant or former tenant is doing it. Maybe they are collecting deposit money and scamming people?
