Before we eco this sentiment another time we need to know how many lawyers fees and other nickle and dimeing the landlord tacked onto her "favors." Judging by the original post, the landlords favors come at a price, like $200 to consult a lawyer for a common sense decision. That might make a tenant "unpleasant and unappreciative."
