How much did it cost the tenant the last time you did them a "favor?" I can see why they would be unhappy and ungrateful at the cost you tag on to your generosity:-)

4 I did these tenants 2 good deeds prior, and no good deed goes unpunished, their behavior afterwards were unpleasant and unappreciative. everyone else understood, that 2 good deeds meant that I accomodated the tenants without charging them.
