So what do you suggest I should to have done from the bigining?
The tenat is at fault not me? she/he is the one who doesnt pay rent or late fees or other bills. if she moved out and if she is subrenting it was her deciscion to do so. and she isin breach of contract
so what should you have done different as a londlord? now that you said i am a bad landlord.
