The federal GUIDELINES are 2 adults per bedroom plus one under the age of six months.

It is not your responsibility to to worry about who sleeps with whom as long as the total occupancy doesn't violate any local, state or federal occupancy rules/laws.

If there is any such rule, it would be the T held accountable not the LL.
