2 owners, only one signed the lease by Erin (Colorado) on June 25, 2012 @17:48

My ex-husband has taken it upon himself to rent out our old house without my permission. If I did not sign the lease is it valid? We are co-owners of the property.

Go see a lawyer. You can talk to him about the divorce while you are there. Since you do not agree with the lease you probably do not want anything to do with the rental income, right?

Since he is your ex, the property should have been divided up in the divorce.

Consult your attorney.
