Um no, actually it turns out it a young couple and their friend who share the house, so actually they cannot afford to live there on their own. Its fine, I found out from the code enforcement that no more than 2 unrelated persons can live together in our town. I can get them on a zoning violation soon enough.

And the trolling continues. Why would you expect anyone in here to believe there is any sort of code saying no more than 2 unrelated people can live together? You're not even a good troll. A "good" troll. if you can call it that, was the guy last week who had the plausible situation of breaking a lease early and his work paying for the breaklease fees. See? Plausible situation, trying to mess with a LL, responds to antagonize, etc. You just post ridiculous BS no one believes. Like this crap. And that your tenant told you there is a law forbidding a father and son to sleep in the same room after a certain age, amongst others.
