It seems like you are unsure what to do and these pro's are going to play you. I think in this case you need to go get a lawyer to help you evict them.

They have withheld rent -- now evict. Do not take any more money.

The sooner you start the sooner they are out. Don't sweat all that mold stuff you took care of it.....let the judge hear it at the eviction hearing.

You need legal help - don't get a lawyer that does any type of criminal work. Look for a real estate type that does evictions.

Really don't goof around with these professional losers.
