Now that you have the writ all you have to do is schedule with the Marshall for the put out date. They need to be there and you will need to move all their junk out to the curb. The Marshall will not help with this - just watch and remove people from the house as needed while you change the locks and empty the house.

where will the vehicle in the driveway be moved to by the lanlord, the curb also. it is his responsibility to obtain a wrecker service to complete the job.please let me know
