I had always charge the current tenant the late fees and I thought that this would make her not to be late again but she still does, on top she pays the late fees when she wants not when she should. I accept her partial payments of the rent but I think it is a mistake that way she thinks:"well i pay part of the rent so I will not send herr the 5 days late notice" So now I will send a 5 days notcie for the lates fees she didnt pay and i will let her knowthat next month she will have to pay thehole rent at once!
