Why not? If you screen well and do complete background checks and the tenant meets all your requirements, then you have the best of the best in tenants. So there should be no reson to fear anything from your new tenants.
On the other hand, if you fail to do proper screening and background checks, why would you even give the tenant the keys to start with?
