You never know, the other tenants could've backed out as well and in the meantime the tenants you did signed would've moved on to somewhere else. It's just good business to take the first ones willing to sign the lease. I hope you're in a safe part of Colorado, things are getting crazy out there!

That is exactly what I thought in regards to the other person finding something else and then the other people not working out. What if the guy didn't like it? Ah well its all good L:) Our part is fine besides we are getting smoke, thanks for asking, Dude!
