I just went to the court house to serve the 5 day notice and I can not serve it becasue she paid the rent I can not belive I don't have any way to make her to pay the late fees and sewer unles she doesn't pay the rent!!!

If your lease defines those costs as "added rent" then you have a recourse because the rent is not paid.
