Denied free wavier by George Liu (CA) on June 28, 2012 @16:03

I filed for unlawful detainer complaint on my tenant because he didn't pay rent. He didn't have money to file for an answer so he filed a fee wavier which the judge denied. How many days do I have to wait to file for a request for a default?

Thanks,

So he court clerk issues a "Default Judgement for Possession of the Premises and a Writ of Possession and takes it to the sheriff's department. Looks like it's up to the scheduling of the local sheriff's department usually 7-10,days for forcible service upon the tenant then with in 5 days after that they are put out.
