2 tenants next to each other (seperate units) one accussing me of knowing of drugs in the other tenants home and me using drugs too. am trying to get him out because i want to sell both properties the other one has already moved. seem like everything was okay till i terminate out agreement. he has done nothing but retaliate against me every since he has known he has got to move. not mowing the yard, not reporting damages, not paying rent, having pets. he is disabled and also on probation so i don't know what all he has told her.he has always threaten to sue me for something, burn my place down, and that he could end up with that place. i am not aware of anything but alchol going on he has broken his rental agreement alot and i have messed up on notices because of wrong address ( stays so much over that tenants house) what should i do.

Which one is it?
"not mowing the yard, not reporting damages, not paying rent, having pets, broken his rental agreement alot, stays so much over that tenants house, disabled and also on probation "
You seem to know alot about this tenant, but you don't know anything about the other tenant, who might be dealing drugs.

I love the line "i am not aware of anything but alchol going on he has broken his rental agreement alot and i have messed up on notices because of wrong address ( stays so much over that tenants house) what should i do."
So you're saying you sent it to his REAL address, the house he should be in, but you messed up because he was staying at the other tenant's house, where he's not a legal tenant on the lease? What kind of question is this? How can you manage where he stays? Send the notices to his address. If he doesn't get them, that's his own fault. You did your due diligence in sending the notices to the known address according to your lease.
