So you're saying you sent it to his REAL address, the house he should be in, but you messed up because he was staying at the other tenant's house, where he's not a legal tenant on the lease? What kind of question is this? How can you manage where he stays? Send the notices to his address. If he doesn't get them, that's his own fault. You did your due diligence in sending the notices to the known address according to your lease.

yea that would be good if i could get the address right, i have such a problem with it because they are both yellow and white mobile homes, both have white carports, both set on 1 acre of land and they are both named joe and single.LOL i think this is the biggest mess i have evet been in and if i get out of this it will never happen again in my life time !! i felt like i had been a really good landlord the one "disabled" i even knocked off $100. rent at christmas! i think he is doing to facus attention on the other tenant so nobody so concerned as to what he is doing?

The person is YOUR T which means that the rental unit belongs to you. You should know the address of YOUR property. As much as the story modifies as it goes along; I must agree that this just a troll thread.

agree, but i have been over there cleaning up the other place and the last 3 times i have had contact he was over there and thats where we was when i wrote out a letter to comply for late rental fees. i agree that is my fault. i have seen him over there more than over where he is suppose to be.

How can it happen that you do not know the address of your own property? HUH? How can it happen that you do not know the name of your own tenant living at that property? HUH? The big question is...how can you be running a business when you don't know either the product or the customer???

i know the product and the customers. he just needs to stay over on his side call me when he has a problem and do our buisness on his property not over at the other one. i do know their names they are both joe.
