i know the product and the customers. he just needs to stay over on his side call me when he has a problem and do our buisness on his property not over at the other one. i do know their names they are both joe.

No... you admitted you sent the notices to the WRONG ADDRESS!!! You do not know your product or customers. What he does and where he goes in his spare time is none of your business and should not confuse you as to where he lives.

i didn't mail it, it was a hand written notice and i did put 425 instead of 417 and yes it is my buisness if he is on my other propery in his spare time and the next time he comes over i will issue a criminal trespass warning that way it will not be such a problem for me.

A hand written notice you put on the wrong address... got it. That's totally understandable then. Oh wait... no, it's really not. It's still not knowing where your tenant lives. I'm pretty sure you can't issue a criminal trespass warning for your other property. Only the current tenant in that unit can do that. You have no legal reason to want him off of that property but spite. Spite is not a checkbox on the police department's form for trespass warnings. As immortalized in Seinfeld, "I'm afraid spite doesn't fit into any of our conditions for returning a jacket.".
