This is NC and 10 days. I wouldn't mind the extra time except they have been refusing entry for showing the house, which is on the market. They were told months in advance that the house would be listed for sale and made the decision to continue renting. Now I need to get them out asap as they are seriously handicapping my effort to sell the house.
