Thank you for your answer. I don't think they will pay, she always says one thing and does another. She said she would pay today at the latest all late fees, sewer and trash and gas bill, and she didn't do it. I think she knows becasue she paid the rent I can not evict her, so I will close the bank account so she can not make any partial payment for July I will say that she will have to pay me in person with a cashier check the total amount of what she owes july rent, sewer, trash, gas bill and late fees if she does not pay in full I will not acept the payment and after send a 5 day notice that way if she doesn't pay i will be able to evict her or better the people that she is subletting.
Just concern me the way that she will leave the house
