Re: added clause to lpa lease

I've just replaced the the hoses to the stainless steel ones so that I can rest about it. The water heater and washer are on the second floor which makes me nervous. The water heater works great but is 20 years old so I'm considering replacing it so I can rest.
I will bring batteries when I inspect.
I will change wording on the clause. Thanks for being so specific in your feedback.
