Yes, I've reread and there are statements referring to notices and water supply. I ended up putting specific language in the existing maintenance clause to draw attention to the damage that can be caused by not inspecting, and possible liability for not reporting it within a certain amount of time. also added phone to method of contact in hazardous cases. I'll think about it some more.
