Jake is right. Your "two part" question did involve moving in two other people.

You probably already know the answer to your question. Having us weigh in matters not...what matters is what the LL thinks.

What is up with these guys anyway. In any event, you can bet the landlord already has a "perception" of them.

I don't care about that, my god. I've been trying to say that, I just want a simple yes or no. Really, I just want an answer, thanks in advance.

Christ, you people can't give a simple answer? Do you believe a landlords perception of their tenants would be negatively effected by the context above, even by the smallest amount holy crap guys.

I'm just asking for a poll here guys not a collective psychic assault on my damned landlord to read her mind. What is you opinion yes or no?

You shouldn't be getting up in arms with the people who have answered you here.

You are upset because they people who answer here are intelligent and understand exactly what you are all about.
You are upset because they know what you want to do (you did state it), and they are giving you

    1) a complete answer
    and
    2) an answer you don't like.

They aren't answering the asked question. I've been trying to explain I don't care about the other people moving in I simply wanted to settle a dispute about whether or not the living room described could effect a landlords perception of their tenant.

The two answers to my question in their most complete form read as so:

      Yes.
      No.

You and your silly computer maze does not matter! It has no real issue or bareing on anything regarding if you should be charged more or even allowed to have additional people. It is about the bottom line and the wear and tear on the house that additional people put on the sewer, the floors, the washer and dryer ect.

I agree that it has little weight, what I want to know is does it have any weight, and in what direction? That's why I said "Even by the smallest amount."

The question is: Would the described living room effect a landlords perception (in your opinion obviously).

The answer in its most complete form would be a simple yes or no.
